One of the UK’s best-known motoring faces
Quentin Willson was an award-winning motoring journalist, broadcaster and transport campaigner. He presented Top Gear for over a decade, created Britain’s Worst Driver, started Channel 5’s Fifth Gear and presented The Classic Car Show. He wrote for the national press for decades and campaigned tirelessly on behalf of Britain’s 40 million drivers.
A memorial website celebrating his life and career – his television work, campaigning, writing and books, and a place for the people he worked with, informed and entertained to share their memories – is being prepared and will appear here soon.
